The Bell Bypass project involves the construction of a new section of State Highway between Mangati Rd, Bell Block and Vickers Rd, Waiwhakaiho. Construction work includes mass earthworks; new roading; bridge building; underpass construction; state highway traffic management; underground services;, archaeological excavations; liaison with shareholders and partnering.
